Innovative MINE.IO Presentation at CERN Meeting
In December 2024, during the DRD1 Collaboration Meeting at CERN, an innovative solution developed within the MINE.IO project was presented — a self-sustaining cosmic muography detector operating without continuous power supply or gas replacement.
The presentation, titled “Sealed mode gaseous muography detector”, was delivered by Dezső Varga from the HUN‑REN Wigner Research Centre for Physics. The project received significant interest due to its potential applications in geological and mining exploration, especially in challenging environments.
