The Mine.io project is proud to be part of the Cluster Hub “Production of raw materials for batteries from European resources”, a dynamic European initiative that brings together over 20 EU-funded projects and more than 120 organizations across the entire battery raw materials value chain – from mining to recycling. Established in 2022, the Cluster Hub serves as a collaborative ecosystem where research institutes, industry leaders, and innovators exchange knowledge, co-create solutions, and accelerate the transition towards a sustainable and circular battery industry in Europe.

The Cluster Hub’s mission is to:

Foster sustainable and circular production of raw materials for batteries.
Promote innovation in battery recycling and recovery of critical raw materials from primary and secondary sources.
Enable cross-sector collaboration to strengthen Europe’s strategic autonomy in battery supply chains.

Synergy between Mine.io and the Cluster Hub

Mine.io contributes to the Cluster Hub’s objectives by introducing advanced digitalization technologies for mining and raw material processing, leveraging IoT, artificial intelligence, robotics, blockchain, PLM, bigdata and digital twins. Through these capabilities, Mine.io supports the Cluster’s goals by:

Optimizing raw material extraction and processing – enabling more efficient and environmentally responsible mining operations.
Integrating data across the entire value chain – improving resource management and reducing material losses.
Promoting circular economy principles – through tools for monitoring and analyzing secondary raw materials.

One of the project’s tasks is to develop a wireless charging system, which will be demonstrated at the IPT/ENRX plant in Poland. This innovation aligns with the Cluster’s mission to foster technological advancements that strengthen Europe’s battery value chain.

By joining the Cluster Hub, Mine.io opens new opportunities for collaboration with projects focused on battery recycling, innovative metal recovery methods, and sustainable production technologies. Together, we aim to accelerate Europe’s green transition and strengthen its resilience in critical raw materials supply.
